The Digital Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with management, and IT to develop a strong online presence ultimately helping our apartment communities attract prospective residents and increase site traffic, while staying on-top of social media trends and web developments.
This position will be based out of the West Springfield home office (non-consulting position).
Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and implementing the social media strategy and ensuring brand consistency across all properties
- Designing and implementing landing pages and email campaigns
- Maximizing and analyzing of internet traffic to the website using all current and relevant web marketing tools and technologies (SEO/SEM)
- Strategize and build a framework for research, analysis, measurement and reporting for SEO activities
- Keyword strategy and ongoing keyword search
- Conversion rate optimization, optimize several website properties, and all landing pages to improve conversation rates and drive lead generation and brand building
- Hands on Google Analytics management: leverage site performance analytics to drive site optimization
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or Information Systems
- Minimum 3 years paid experience in web marketing
- Demonstrated ability to increase web traffic and drive sales
- Excellent editing and writing skills
- Power user on social networks (not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with Html 5, SEO techniques, Adobe Flash animation & video
- Understanding of ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Visual Studio and XML data
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Web Trends & Adobe Site Catalyst
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, positive “can do” attitude and team player mentality
